Great location close to beach with direct access and pool with garden. Rooms are clean but not very flashy or modern. Room itself doesn't have any thing to boast about but is great with balcony views if you get lucky with beach facing room. Only let down is service like a full time restaurant, as the staff leaves early so you will have to depend on zomato or nearby restaurants for night food. Even in hot summers the non ac rooms are cool enough at night for a comfortable sleep with ooen windows. The location is bit far from main city and you will have to travel couple of kilometers to get some good restaurants

Good sea facing property with excellent support staff. The place is quiet and apt for a peaceful getaway for a family. Though rooms and fittings are old and doesn't have anything flashy or recently added ; it's very spacious and has everything you expect from a hotel room. Overall my family loved it ..The weather wasn't great the week we visited ..hence we couldn't benefit from beach access and playground in the property.

One of the best resorts near to Technopark. Property is neat and clean and rooms are too spacious for 2 people. Lush with greenery and swimming pool with kids pool.Very close to sea and have direct access to beach. Staffs are friendly and well mannered. Recommended for family / kids.

An extremely affordable option, right on a beach which is almost private and hence quite clean. Rooms are okay. Pool is moderately maintained and quite deep. All in all, we had a ball ! I'd definitely like to come back to this place 😃

The location of this resort is amazing. I booked sea facing room which was worth the spend. The amazing view and breeze of the sea was a pleasant experience during the stay. In terms of maintenance, the rooms could have been maintained better (switch boards, lights). The room was clean and wifi was provided. There is direct beach access from the property. Idli was provided for breakfast and it was good. Inside the property, they have arranged some space to sit and a swing as well. Swimming pool wasn't operational when I visited the property.

It is a beautiful place no doubt. The beach access is wonderful too with the garden areas, swimming pool and surrounding greenery. However the staff is not upto the mark with the prompted work and the rooms are smelly. The property all in all is quite old and haven't been renovated from quite sometime.

We booked a day package and went there as a group of five. Mr. Subin and his team, are extremely hospitable. Lovely quiet place, full of greenery, tucked away from the ruckus of the city. They have a small pool, and the beach/ sea 150 metres away. And for the seasoned, the sea is fabulous for a great swim. But inexperienced swimmers, a word of caution the gradient is steep. Food was homely and delicious. Will go back there again).

The rooms are really good, the pool wasn't the best but manageable. The resort is structured well. The gate and view to the beach is really good, so was the tea and breakfast the next day. Alcohol isn't really permitted, though we can find some leeway. Overall good experience except for the MD who wasn't on his best behavior.
